The Combine supports technology leaders in our state's largest industry. The Combine Program is designed to assist entrepreneurs individually, from initial goal setting and idea assessment to preparation for a capital raise. Focusing on food and ag-tech, The Combine supports undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff, and the general statewide community. Entrepreneurs in eastern Nebraska are encouraged to utilize the incubation space; however, the program is available on demand and digitally across the state.
NMotion, powered by gener8tor, started in 2013 as Nebraska’s first accelerator program designed to help startups move forward faster.
MOVE Venture Capital is a pre-seed and seed fund focused on Nebraska and Midwest startups. MOVE is regionally focused and vertically agnostic, investing in capital-efficient technology.
The UNL Center for Entrepreneurship sponsors conferences, competitions, and community outreach programs to create growth and competition in local businesses for Nebraska students seeking business venture financing.
The NE Department of Economic Development provides grants to a wide variety of Nebraska-based businesses.
Husker Venture Fund offers hands-on investment experience for students at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln while funding student-led, faculty-led, and Nebraska-led startups. The fund, built by alumni and university supporters, is managed by students under the supervision of the Center for Entrepreneurship, the University of Nebraska Foundation, and Invest Nebraska.
